The manufacturing process of chrome-plated rollers mainly includes the following steps:

1. Material Preparation: First, suitable metal rods are selected as the base material for chrome plating, such as 45# steel or 40Cr steel.

2. Machining: The raw materials are machined using lathes and other equipment through turning, grinding, and other machining processes to obtain the required roller diameter and surface structure.

3. Pre-treatment for Chrome Plating: The roller body is polished and ground to remove the surface oxide layer, ensuring the flatness and smoothness of the roller surface.

4. Chrome Plating: The roller body is placed in a chrome plating bath, and a layer of chrome is plated onto the roller surface through electroplating to improve the roller's wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

5. Post-treatment: The chrome-plated roller body is cleaned, dried, and inspected to ensure that the quality and thickness of the chrome plating layer meet the requirements.

6. Finishing: The roller body is finished as needed, such as through grinding and turning, to obtain the required roller surface precision and roughness.

7. Inspection and Packaging: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the chrome-plated rollers, including appearance, dimensions, and hardness, to ensure the roller quality meets requirements. Pack the chrome-plated rollers to protect the roller surface and prevent damage during transportation.
