Custom Roller Machining

From Blank to Semi-Finished Roller - Precision Turning, Boring, Welding & Grinding

Custom roller machining covers the complete range of mechanical processing required to transform raw materials into semi-finished roller bodies. Based on your drawings or operating requirements, we select suitable materials such as 45# carbon steel, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel, then perform turning, boring, welding, grinding, dynamic balancing, and other machining processes to produce roller bodies that meet specified dimensional tolerances and geometric requirements.

Our core strength is the combination of large-size machining capability and high precision. We can process rollers ranging from 50 mm to 1.6 m in diameter and 0.3 m to 10 m in length, while controlling critical parameters such as cylindricity, concentricity, and runout to the micron level.

Whether you need one-off custom rollers or small-batch production, we organize manufacturing on a piece-by-piece production basis, with dimensional data and processing records traceable for each individual roller.
