Roller Manufacturing Services
  • Complete Precision Manufacturing from Blank to Finished Roller

The manufacturing of an industrial roller involves far more than simply machining a tube or applying a chrome coating. From material selection and blank forging or welding to precision turning, grinding, dimensional control, and final dynamic balancing, every stage must meet stringent requirements across material science, mechanical engineering, thermal processing, and precision manufacturing.

  • With more than 20 years of experience in industrial roller manufacturing, we have built a comprehensive machining capability covering six key processes: turning, boring, welding, grinding, straightening, and inspection. Our production equipment includes:

    • CNC Horizontal Lathes - Maximum machining length of 10 m and maximum swing diameter of 1.6 m
    • CNC Floor-Type Boring & Milling Machines - For roller internal bores, end faces, and internal flow channels
    • Automatic Submerged Arc Welding Machines - For longitudinal and circumferential welding of roller bodies
    • CNC Cylindrical Grinders - Roundness accuracy down to ≤0.002 mm
    • Hard-Bearing Dynamic Balancing Machines - Balancing grade up to G0.4; commonly G2.5/G6.3
    • CMMs + Laser Trackers - Comprehensive dimensional inspection and geometric accuracy verification

We do not manufacture standard rollers. We manufacture rollers to your drawings and operating requirements.

Simply provide your technical drawings or application parameters. We can handle the complete manufacturing process-from material selection, machining, and heat treatment to surface finishing and final inspection-for one-stop delivery of custom industrial rollers.
