Built to Your Drawings
Custom Rollers Manufactured to Your Drawings
We manufacture complete industrial rollers based on customer-provided CAD or 3D drawings.
Whether you require a standard-size roller or a complex custom design, we follow your specifications throughout the entire manufacturing process-from material selection and machining to surface treatment and final inspection.
Our manufacturing process is built around your drawing requirements, application conditions, dimensional tolerances, surface specifications, and inspection criteria.
From Drawing to Finished Roller
1. Submit Your Drawings & Operating Parameters
Customers provide the relevant DWG, STEP, or PDF drawings, together with key operating conditions such as:
- Rotational speed
- Working load
- Operating temperature
- Contact or process medium
2. Manufacturing Feasibility Review
Our engineering team reviews the design before production, focusing on:
- Material availability and procurement feasibility
- Equipment and machining capability
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- Recommended machining sequence
- Surface treatment requirements
This allows potential manufacturing issues to be identified before production begins.
3. Quotation & Process Plan
Based on the drawing and technical requirements, we provide a quotation together with a manufacturing process plan covering:
- Key process control points
- Critical dimensions
- Inspection requirements
- Applicable quality-control procedures
4. Production & Final Inspection
After customer approval, production begins according to the confirmed drawing and process plan.
Each finished roller undergoes 100% in-house inspection against the specified dimensional and technical requirements. A dimensional inspection report can be provided with the finished roller for quality verification and traceability.
