The installation of conveyor rollers must follow a standardized procedure:
1. Pre-installation Inspection: Confirm that the rollers are undamaged and undeformed, and that their dimensions match the conveyor (e.g., shaft diameter tolerance ±0.1mm). Clean the installation surface to ensure it is free of oil stains.
2. Precise Positioning: Position the rollers according to the design drawings. Use hoisting equipment (with a load capacity ≥ 1.5 times the roller weight) to align the shaft holes, controlling the error within ±2mm.
3. Fastening Process: Use 8.8 grade high-strength bolts for fixing. The torque should reach 50-60 N·m to ensure uniform force distribution.
4. Calibration and Testing: Calibrate the verticality of the axis using a laser level (deviation < 0.5mm/m). During trial operation, monitor vibration values (≤ 2.8mm/s) and temperature rise (ΔT ≤ 15℃).
