Professional Customized Rubber Formula All rubber layers adopt self-developed special compound formula. The rubber layer is tightly bonded with the roller core without degumming, bubbling or peeling. Rubber hardness and temperature resistance range can be precisely customized according to customer process requirements.

Diversified Roller Core & Shaft Treatment Multiple core solutions are available: cost-effective carbon steel core for conventional scenarios, and 304/316 stainless steel core for humid, water-washing and corrosive environments to achieve full rust prevention. Shaft head chrome plating is optional to enhance surface hardness and abrasion resistance, preventing long-term operation wear and deformation for longer service life.
