1. Visual Inspection

• Are there any obvious scratches, indentations, rust spots or peeling of the coating on the roller surface?
• For high-gloss rollers, it is recommended to use a strong light flashlight to shine at an angle to easily detect minor defects.

2. Scraper System Inspection

• Ensure that the scraper blade in contact with the roller surface has no gaps and is not excessively worn.
• Check the angle and degree of adhesion between the scraper and the roller surface.

3. Daily Cleaning

• Remove all accumulated residues on the rollers during shutdown in a timely manner.
• Do not use metal tools to directly scrape the roller surface.
• After cleaning, dry it with a clean cloth to avoid long-term water stains causing rusting at the edges.
