1.Raw material incoming inspection: Check the steel pipe raw material specification and surface condition before production.

2.In-process inspection during CNC machining: Monitor dimensional tolerance while lathing and grinding.

3.Chrome plating thickness detection: Test coating thickness evenly across the whole roller surface after electroplating.

4.One-by-one dynamic balance test: Calibrate each roller with professional balancing equipment to avoid vibration at high speed.All inspection 5.records of each production step are filed completely, and we can offer full test reports if you need.
